Any Individual or group volunteers demonstrate the amount of support Inquiry Based Research, Inc. has within a community within the United States of America, or abroad, provide work for short periods of time, and provide leadership on a wide range of nonexempt projects. Episodic volunteers stay for extended periods of time because they not only understand the motivation of the CEO as articulated in Title 10 U.S.C. §8583 but also believe Inquiry Based Research, Inc. is capable of accomplishing its mission.
Bona fide training offered is permitted by law. Merely gaining additional work experience as a volunteer is not permitted.
